xenophondavis ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. This policy describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information from Australian visitors, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We collect only what's necessary to run the site and understand aggregate visitor patterns:
- Log data: IP address, browser, device type, referring URL, pages visited, time spent — logged by our hosting provider.
- Analytics data: aggregate, anonymised visitor behaviour via a privacy-respecting analytics tool.
- Cookies: a minimal set of first-party cookies for session management and remembering your cookie-banner dismissal.
- Voluntary information: anything you send us via our contact email addresses.
We do not collect financial data. We are a review site and do not process any deposits or withdrawals on behalf of operators.
How we use it
To operate the site, improve editorial content, respond to enquiries, and understand which reviews are useful to visitors. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Affiliate tracking
When you click an outbound link to a pokies operator we've reviewed, the destination operator may set their own cookies to attribute your visit to us for commission purposes. These cookies are set by the operator's domain, not ours, and are subject to that operator's privacy policy.
Third parties

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained in anonymised, aggregated form indefinitely. Contact emails are retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.
